Frequently Asked Questions
Read First
How long is the show
Most concerts are approximately 2 hours. Theatrical titles vary and running times will be listed on the ticketing page.
When should I arrive
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start time listed on your ticket. Late arrivals are disruptive and poor etiquette. For theatrical titles, latecomers may not be seated right away, or may be directed to alternative seats.
What age is appropriate to attend
The age limit is listed on the ticketing page for any event. Some events are ages 19+ only and require valid ID to enter. A ticket is required for each person regardless of age. Young children may only attend events marked All Ages.
How do I know where I'm sitting
Your ticket includes specific information about where you are seated, including Row letters and Seat numbers. Please make yourself aware of this location prior to arriving at the theatre. You must remain in your assigned seat for the duration of the performance.
What are the different seating options
The main area (Rows AA-M) are regular theatre seats, raked for a great view. The elevated Lounge area (Rows N-Q) is chairs at tables with a direct view of the stage.
Is the theatre accessible
Our historic building is not accessible. However, we may be able to accommodate you. Please email us for more info.
Where can I park
There is metered parking on all streets surrounding the theatre. This parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays.
What is your refund/exchange policy
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets. If a show is rescheduled or postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date. While we strive to deliver outstanding performances, we cannot guarantee that they will be to your liking, meet your preferences, or be free from technical errors or other issues.
What if I can no longer attend
While your tickets are not refundable or exchangeable, they are transferrable. You may simply give them to someone else to use.
What payment methods are accepted
We are a cashless venue. You may pay and tip with your card of choice, or with any major mobile payment method.
What fees apply to my order
Our ticketing provider charges a fee on all tickets. There is also a variable Facility Fee. These fees are clearly marked before payment, and are unavoidable, regardless of how or where tickets are purchased.
